If the product you purchased on our site is missing or faulty, you must contact us within the latest 24-48 hours from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. There are no refunds or exchanges for personalized design products, ear products (earrings, piercings, ear cuffs) and designer products in the silver category. In case of returning the products with no defect, the shipping charges are deducted from the return amount. Exchange or returned product invoices must be sent in full and the product must be sent unpacked, otherwise no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Since the health and hygiene conditions are taken into account in the accessories, the products that exceed the specified period are not returned / exchanged. In order for the products to be returned and exchanged, they should not be unpacked, tried on and the packaging should not be damaged.

Kişiye özel tasarım ürünler, kulak ürünleri (küpe, piercing, ear cuff) ve gümüş kategorisindeki tasarım ürünlerin iade veya değişimi bulunmamaktadır. Bunların haricinde satın almış olduğunuz ürün veya ürünleri elinize ulaştıktan 24-48 saat içerisinde elinize ulaştığı şekilde ve faturası ile birikte bize bildirmeniz ve kargolamanız gerekmektedir. Hatası bulunmayan ürünlerin iade durumunda kargo ücretleri iade tutarından düşülerek yapılır.Ürün iadesi ve değiştirme şartları olarak, 4077 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği uygulamalar esastır. Değişim veya iade edilen ürün faturaları eksiksiz gönderilmelidir ve ürün ambalajından çıkarılmamış bir şekilde gönderilmelidir aksi takdirde iade veya değişim kabul edilmez. Aksesuarlarda sağlık ve hijyen koşulları göz önünde bulundurulduğundan dolayı belirtilen süreyi geçen ürünlerin iade/değişimi yapılmamaktadır. Ürünlerin iade ve değişimi gerçekleştirilebilmesi için paketinden çıkarılmamalı, denenmemeli ve ambalajına zarar gelmemelidir.
