Hatası bulunmayan ürünlerin iade durumunda kargo ücretleri iade tutarından düşülerek yapılır.Ürün iadesi ve değiştirme şartları olarak, 4077 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği uygulamalar esastır. Değişim veya iade edilen ürün faturaları eksiksiz gönderilmelidir ve ürün ambalajından çıkarılmamış bir şekilde gönderilmelidir aksi takdirde iade veya değişim kabul edilmez. Aksesuarlarda sağlık ve hijyen koşulları göz önünde bulundurulduğundan dolayı belirtilen süreyi geçen ürünlerin iade/değişimi yapılmamaktadır. Ürünlerin iade ve değişimi gerçekleştirilebilmesi için paketinden çıkarılmamalı, denenmemeli ve ambalajına zarar gelmemelidir.
