Hatası bulunmayan ürünlerin iade durumunda kargo ücretleri iade tutarından düşülerek yapılır.Ürün iadesi ve değiştirme şartları olarak, 4077 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği uygulamalar esastır.
