If the product you purchased on our site is missing or faulty, you must contact us within the latest 24-48 hours from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within this period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no refunds or exchanges for personalized design products, ear products (earrings, piercings, ear cuffs) and designer products in the silver category. Apart from these, you must inform and ship the product or products you have purchased to us as they are received and with the invoice within the time you receive the product or products 24-48hrs . In case of returning the products with no defect, the shipping charges are deducted from the return amount. As the conditions for product return and replacement, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential. Exchange or returned product invoices must be sent in full and the product must be sent unpacked, otherwise no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Since the health and hygiene conditions are taken into account in the accessories, the products that exceed the specified period are not returned / exchanged. In order for the products to be returned and exchanged, they should not be unpacked, tried on and the packaging should not be damaged. 

 

 Sitemiz üzerinden satın aldığınız ürünün eksik veya hatalı çıkması halinde teslimat tarihinden itibaren en geç 24-48 saat içerisinde bizimle iletişim kurmanız gerekmektedir. Bu bilgileri takiben kargo şirketi ile bize ulaştıracağınız hatalı ürün yenisi ile değiştirilecektir. Sipariş edilen ürün hatası müşteri kullanımından oluşmuşsa veya bu süre içerisinde ürün kullanılmışsa ürünün iade ve değişimi yapılmaz. Kişiye özel tasarım ürünler, kulak ürünleri (küpe, piercing, ear cuff) ve gümüş kategorisindeki tasarım ürünlerin iade veya değişimi bulunmamaktadır. Bunların haricinde satın almış olduğunuz ürün veya ürünleri elinize ulaştıktan 24-48 saat içerisinde elinize ulaştığı şekilde ve faturası ile birikte bize bildirmeniz ve kargolamanız gerekmektedir. Hatası bulunmayan ürünlerin iade durumunda kargo ücretleri iade tutarından düşülerek yapılır.Ürün iadesi ve değiştirme şartları olarak, 4077 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği uygulamalar esastır. Değişim veya iade edilen ürün faturaları eksiksiz gönderilmelidir ve ürün ambalajından çıkarılmamış bir şekilde gönderilmelidir aksi takdirde iade veya değişim kabul edilmez. Aksesuarlarda sağlık ve hijyen koşulları göz önünde bulundurulduğundan dolayı belirtilen süreyi geçen ürünlerin iade/değişimi yapılmamaktadır. Ürünlerin iade ve değişimi gerçekleştirilebilmesi için paketinden çıkarılmamalı, denenmemeli ve ambalajına zarar gelmemelidir.
